Barbara Mark, Ph.D.
CEO and Founder
Dr. Barbara Mark is the founder and CEO of Full Circle Institute. She brings more than 30 years of education, training and global experience to her work. Dr. Mark has served as the president of four non-profit organizations and has worked at Gensler and Associate Architects and the Sanrio Corporation. Clients include executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, community leaders and decision makers in organizations including The Gap, Wells Fargo, Accenture, University of San Francisco, Cellular One, Chevron, Kaiser, The Harnisch Family Foundation, Bank of America, the EUCA, Union Bank, and Stamen Designs.
Dr. Mark's background in clinical psychology gives her a unique insight into human behavior and motivations as well as intrapersonal and interpersonal communication. Her specific focus in adult development and leadership deepens that insight. Dr. Mark's work has supported the success of women in the constantly changing landscape for female executives. Her vision is to take women and their male colleagues beyond the limited thinking of the existence of a glass ceiling to a realization that opportunities are changing and need not be narrowed by arbitrary limits.
As a consultant, executive coach and trainer, Dr. Mark has been brought into the confidence of hundreds of professional women seeking to maintain inner balance while facing diverse external demands, personal and professional ambition, and the desire to feel satisfied in their lives. She specializes in working with CXO through Senior Manager level at small and medium size companies and President through Senior Manager at large companies. Sheila Lewis, MBA
Senior Associate Coach
Described as a strategic, innovative, and creative thinker, Sheila brings a calm intensity and a "will do" confidence and attitude to her work and charitable activities. She is known as an energetic entrepreneur with a keen ability to see the global picture. She combines an MBA in Marketing and Finance with more than 15 years of progressive corporate success in consumer marketing and new product development, having held management positions with Visa International, the Quaker Oats Company, and Lane Bryant (a Division of The Limited, Inc.).
In 1997, she founded Flyin' West Marketing a firm providing marketing and business services to clients in areas including strategic planning, branding, positioning, project management, product development, communications planning and implementation, advertising, market research and multicultural marketing. Flyin' West consultants are assigned to clients to assist them in developing a comprehensive understanding of their customer base, yielding a platform for defining and implementing revenue generating tactical programs. A partial client list includes: Wells Fargo Bank, Dun & Bradstreet, HSBC, LCA Vision, Mills-Peninsula Health Services, Nationwide Insurance, Visa as well as a number of nonprofit clients across the U.S.
Sheila is dedicated to exhibiting and teaching solid leadership principles and characteristics with a particular focus on women and minorities. In 1997, she created the It's Just Business Leadership Development Foundation. In addition to other boards, she currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of ASTRA Women's Business Alliance, the west coast women's business certification arm of WBENC, and on the Advisory Board of NAWBO San Francisco. She is a frequent speaker on a variety of marketing and business management topics and serves as emcee for several Bay Area events.
Sheila earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A. with highest honors in Marketing and Finance from Atlanta University.

Sarah Benenson Goldberg

A former Walt Disney executive and advertising entrepreneur, Sarah spent seventeen years in corporate sales and marketing. A graduate of Brown University, Sarah holds a B.A. in Communications and Semiotics. During her early corporate years, Sarah was a national sales representative at CareerVision, a start up magazine, and The Atlantic Monthly, a well-established publication. In 1991, Sarah joined the Walt Disney Corporation where she was a manager, then a national director in the publishing division in New York and Los Angeles. After eight years at Disney, Sarah ventured into the entrepreneurial world, starting her own advertising sales company representing national magazines. Sarah has worked with such cutting edge companies as Apple, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Levi Strauss, Toyota and The Gap, integrating consumer advertising with interactive marketing programs.
Today, Sarah brings her extensive sales, marketing and business expertise to supporting and developing high potential corporate leaders. Certified by The Coaches Training Institute, a worldwide coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Sarah is also a trained and certified Myers Briggs facilitator. Myers Briggs is the renowned personality type analysis tool used in corporate team building and professional development. Johanna Beyer received her Bachelors Degree from UCLA and her Masters Degree in Organizational Development from California Institute of Integral Studies. While working as a management consultant for The Grove Consultants International, she learned the fine art of strategic facilitation and led hi- level executive teams in creative strategic planning for long-term success. In 2000, Johanna joined The Idea Factory where she focused her attention towards helping organizations become more innovative. She worked closely with Nokia, IBM and the The Ministry of Education in Singapore.
In 2002, Johanna transitioned from her work with organizations to one-on-one coaching with individuals using many of the techniques that she applied to Fortune 500 companies. Since that time Johanna has been privileged to work with people across the country and help them move past their obstacles and fears so that they can uncover their creativity and gifts. By using different tools and processes, Johanna is able to guide people to the clarity they need in order to live a more purposeful life. Johanna currently resides in Mill Valley, Ca. with her husband and two sons.

The last decade has seen her become an expert in fitness, nutrition, body cleansing and detoxification, and overall wellness practices. Her goal is to empower women to lead extraordinary lives—to take their health into their own hands, and walk the world with strength, courage, power, beauty, and passion.
An avid traveler, Teresa seeks out her current location's most scenic trails and incorporates them into her own workout routines. Whatever her surroundings, she is challenged and inspired to design simple and effective ways to stay fit and healthy on the go. And she's here to help you do the same
