Leverage The Diversity of Viewpoints
We are in a unique and interesting time in the world of
work. We have two generations bookending the workforce:
Baby Boomers and Millenials or Gen Y. While the two
generations have much in common, such as the size of
each of the cohorts, they don't always understand and
appreciate each other's gifts, talents and
contributions.
As more of Gen Y'ers enter the workforce, we have the
need and the opportunity to benefit from what everyone
brings to the conversation. Understanding the
motivations of each generation and opening the lines of
communication between the generations, makes managing
and leading a more effective and rewarding experience.
Topics are presented in an interactive style that will
provide the audience with information, inspiration and
