Senior Associate Coach

Anne Morton, Ph.D., CPCC, is a professional life and business coach, with over thirty years of professional experience with individuals and groups in corporate settings, school settings, and in private practice focusing on leadership development, management consulting, and work/life balance issues. Anne is a certified coach from the Coaches Training Institute in Northern California. Anne received her masters and doctoral degrees at Stanford University. Anne lives in Northern California and spends a few months a year living in Paris.


Senior Associate Coach

For the past 15 years, Catherine Wagner has worked in management and consulting roles for startup, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. She has extensive experience in business analysis with regard to workplace culture. Working for The Great Place to Work Institute, Catherine has analyzed business practices of over 200 companies for Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Places to Work" list. She has also evaluated workplace practices for over 100 companies for the Society of Human Resource Management "50 Best Small and Medium Sized Companies" list. Catherine has conducted 360 degree company reviews for consulting and financial companies, making recommendations on workplace best practices. She has completed a national review for a Global Non-Profit organization on their Diversity Programs and has conducted a cross-industry study on Diversity Best Practices that included Energy, Technology, Banking and Non-Profit organizations.

Catherine has worked for several technology companies from startup to enterprise organizations. While at Sprint's Research and Development Lab, Catherine managed a staff of 20 to support a bilingual voice recognition calling card and a Broadband Video-on-Demand project. At Network Appliance, Catherine conducted a technical and business needs analysis for software selection for their enterprise Learning Management System. While working in Human Resources for Honeywell Bull, she provided extensive management training programs. She has also conducted broad-based industry analysis for startups working to get venture funding.

Catherine received her Masters in International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development from the University of San Diego. She is qualified in all CPI instruments and specializes in Meyers-Briggs and the CPI 260 Assessment for Leaders.
