360 Assessments
Full Circle Institute conducts live 360 Assessments for Senior executives. We have determined that the nuanced responses in a personal conversation offer more insight into the executive we are in the position to support.
These 360 Assessments may include conversations family members as well as peers, direct reports and upward.

We use a number of assessments developed at Full Circle Institute that are appropriate at different times during the coaching engagement.
Assessments from Other Organizations
Our work is strengths or asset based. We suggest that our clients go to Authentic Happiness, register and then take the 240 question VIA Survey of Character Strengths ( measures 24 Character Strengths.) After taking the test make note of your top five strengths, known as your signature strengths.
We also use the assessment from 5 Dynamics when we feel it would be beneficial for team leadership. We may also suggest that an entire team take the assessment.
