Full Circle Institute's mission is to support senior executive women in defining, strengthening and implementing their leadership skills and vision so that they may effect the change and make the contributions that are consistent with their career goals. Further, it is the mission of Full Circle Institute to ensure a diversity of women's voices at the global leadership table by helping corporations retain their top female talent. Women contribute aspects of leadership that come naturally to them: relationship building, collaboration, and broad and inclusive vision.
