A Time of My Own™ Groups
We all go through the experience of adult development. While the journey is unique to every individual, there is a predictable map of the stages. Understanding the terrain can help you to have a better experience and to take optimal advantage of the opportunities and the challenges. It gives you the opportunity to experience a 180-degree turning point and gain clarity and contentment.
Being in a group setting gives you the chance to leverage the insights and experiences of other members of the group and develop strategies for the adventure you are in or about to begin! The group is a safe, confidential, non-competitive and nurturing environment.
Over the course of six weeks we will meet in person and delve into the areas of your life that are impacted and influenced by being at this important and exciting time. The topics will include:

The group will meet for six (6) weeks and is limited to six (6) participants. Participants will receive a workbook and a journal.
Current participants and alumni of the groups may schedule individual coaching at a special discounted rate. The next groups are starting in January 2012! Section 1: Tuesdays, 8:30 am - 11:30 am (Dates: 2/28, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, 4/3) Section 2: Wednesdays, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm (Dates: 2/29, 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4) If you and your friends or colleagues would like to be in your own group, contact me and we'll set up a meeting schedule for you!
